  • The Pod is open to nonprofits, small businesses, creatives, consultants, and service providers who work with clients or communities. If you offer a service and want to connect with values-aligned clients and collaborators, you can apply.

  • Because the Pod does more than list names. It helps you showcase your services, get discovered by potential clients, receive referrals that actually fit, and team up with other professionals who share your values.

  • Definitely! If you know someone who offers services that fit our values, send them the link. We’d love to see their application and add them to the Pod.

  • We’re more than a directory. The Pod is a curated community where service providers can be found by the right clients, build collaborations with peers, and share referrals that align with their values.

  • Michael Jonas conceptualized this to meet the needs of the community. His business is Narwhal Law & Business Strategy. Narwhals - the real animals - are team players. They travel in pods and support each other, just like how strong businesses and communities thrive together.

  • Right now, nothing—we’re in a no-cost beta testing period. Down the road, we’ll add a monthly fee, but for now service providers can join for free and start connecting with potential clients.

  • Unfortunately Airtable doesn’t have this feature on their forms. We recommend that new members skim the form before beginning, and consider writing some responses in a word document beforehand.
